The Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong has proposed tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year of 4 schools under Hai Duong University and Sao Do University.
On the afternoon of December 2, the Culture - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council worked with the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong on the content of the submission and draft resolution on tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year at public preschools and general education institutions that self-finance regular expenditures in Hai Duong province; work on ensuring food safety and hygiene in schools; the implementation of Resolution No. 64/NQ-HDND dated November 6, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council on supporting funding for the construction of insufficient classrooms at public preschools, primary schools and secondary schools in the province in the period of 2023-2025... to prepare the content to submit to the 28th Session of the 17th Provincial People's Council.

According to the proposal to the Provincial People's Council to issue a Resolution approving the tuition fee for the 2024-2025 school year at public preschools and general education institutions that self-finance regular expenses in Hai Duong province, there are 4 schools: Nguyen Thi Due High School under Sao Do University; Hoa Sen Practical Kindergarten, Chu Van An Primary School, Chu Van An Secondary School under Hai Duong University proposing the tuition fee for the 2024-2025 school year.
Accordingly, Nguyen Thi Due High School proposed to collect 695,000 VND/student/month. Hoa Sen Kindergarten proposed to collect 900,000 VND/student/month; Chu Van An Primary School proposed to collect 1 million VND/student/month; Chu Van An Secondary School proposed to collect 1.1 million VND/student/month.
Concluding the working session, Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thi Huong agreed with the report and proposal of the Department of Education and Training, and at the same time accepted the opinions and summarized the report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council.
