On August 16, Hai Phong City People's Committee coordinated with Vietnam Fine Arts Association to organize the 29th Red River Delta Region II Fine Arts Exhibition in 2024. 3 authors in Hai Duong won consolation prizes at this exhibition.

Hai Duong has 16 works by 15 authors who are members of the Hai Duong Province Literature and Arts Association and collaborators displayed at the exhibition. Of which, 3 works: "Sisters" in terracotta by artist Dang Viet Cuong; "Rhythm" (set of 3) in gouache by artist Luong Xuan Tien and "Mysterious Sa Pa" in acrylic by artist Nguyen Tien Quan were awarded consolation prizes.
This exhibition introduces 151 works of art by 144 authors who are members and collaborators of the Association/Union of Literature and Arts Associations of 9 provinces and cities in the Red River Delta region including: Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Ha Nam, Hung Yen, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh, Quang Ninh and Hai Phong. At the exhibition, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 B prizes, 2 C prizes, and 10 consolation prizes.
