2 households with land in the 500kV transmission line project in Ninh Giang request compensation with residential land

After a period of propaganda and mobilization, 1 household with land in the 500kV line 3 project in Ninh Giang (Hai Duong) agreed to receive compensation at the price of 7.5 million VND/m2, 2 households proposed compensation in the form of residential land.

According to the report of Ninh Giang District People's Committee, implementing the site clearance for the 500kV line 3 Nam Dinh I - Pho Noi project, there are still 3 households in Hung Long commune whose land is located in the area that has not agreed to the compensation plan. After a period of propaganda and mobilization, 1 household agreed to receive compensation at the price of 7.5 million VND/m², 2 households proposed compensation with residential land.

Through review, at the new residential area of Hao Khe village, Hung Long commune, there are 2 plots of land No. 28 and 29 with similar locations and the same starting price when organizing the auction of land use rights. Moreover, the District People's Committee has organized the auction of these 2 plots of land 3 times but failed.

To ensure the progress of handing over the site to the construction unit, the People's Committee of Ninh Giang district requested the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to consider and allow the use of 2 residential land plots (No. 28 and No. 29) in the new residential area of Hao Khe, Hung Long commune to compensate land users according to regulations...
