Chairwoman of Tu Ky District People's Committee Vu Thi Ha has decided to administratively fine Hoang Long Joint Stock Company in Quang Phuc Commune (Tu Ky) 130 million VND.
The reason is that on January 23, 2024, the company constructed a project measuring 39 x 140 m, with steel columns and a corrugated iron roof at the finished brick stacking site without a permit.
In addition to the above penalties, the company is required to stop construction of the above projects and must complete the application for a construction permit from the competent authority within 90 days from February 1, 2024.
Hoang Long Joint Stock Company was first granted a business registration certificate by the Business Registration Office (Department of Planning and Investment) in November 2006, and registered for the 7th change in September 2017. The company specializes in the production and trading of construction materials.
