The crash caused Lieutenant Colonel Hoan to fall, injure himself, and tear his lip... Immediately, Lieutenant Colonel Hoan was taken to Hai Duong General Hospital for emergency treatment. The next day, Lieutenant Colonel Hoan was transferred to 108 Military Central Hospital for treatment.
Hieu was prosecuted for resisting a person on official duty.
