Accordingly, the Minister of Public Security decided to posthumously promote the rank of Hoang Trung (born in 1981, from Nghi Loc, Nghe An, a police officer of Ea Ktur commune, Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province) from Captain to Major; posthumously promote Nguyen Dang Nhan (born in 1994, from Yen Thanh, Nghe An, a police officer of Ea Ktur commune, Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province) from Captain to Major; posthumously promote Tran Quoc Thang (born in 1989, from Thach Ha, Ha Tinh, a police officer of Ea Tieu commune, Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province) from Captain to Major; posthumously promote Ha Tuan Anh (born in 1991, from Trieu Son, Thanh Hoa, a police officer of Ea Tieu commune, Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province) from Captain to Captain.

The Ministry of Public Security has directed the Dak Lak Provincial Police and other professional units to deploy to arrest the above-mentioned group of subjects.
