Construction materials encroaching on the road

On Sunday morning, Mrs. Hong leisurely walked her bicycle out to the alley. On the basket, she tied some bundles of water spinach she had just picked, intending to take them to the early market to sell to some familiar housewives. But after going less than ten meters, she had to stop. In the middle of the narrow alley like a bottleneck, red bricks and yellow sand spilled out onto the road, blocking the path.

Mrs. Hong muttered:
