Trung Quan Idol revealed that he suffered from depression for 2 years just because of reading the audience's comments. When he was diagnosed with a form of depression, he had to go to treatment and see a psychologist to talk.
He confided: "However, I still felt uncomfortable until I stepped out. I sat looking in the mirror and wondered why I was sitting here, immersed in this terrible feeling, for what purpose when my youth was gradually being wasted. At that time, I also realized that I was almost 30 years old."
After that, the male singer slowly changed to lead a more positive life. He got used to just reading netizens' comments without thinking much.
"I block anything that is harsh on me. I also tell people around me not to tell me negative stories. I also limit watching anything with sad content," he said.
Thu Minh also admitted to having gone through a similar period of depression. "People look at me and think I am a brave, strong, decisive and energetic person. But everyone has a wounded part in them," she told her juniors.
