On the afternoon of June 13, as soon as the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training announced the 10th grade high school exam scores for the 2023-2024 school year, many parents texted 8732 to find out their exam scores, but the results they received were incorrect.

Specifically, a student took the exam for Nguyen Du High School (Hai Duong City) but the result was Gia Loc II High School. Similarly, a student took the exam for Doan Thuong High School but the result was Hong Quang High School (Hai Duong City). Even the exam scores were incorrect (see photo). These parents were upset and said that this was a scam. Each text message sent costs 15,000 VND. The switchboard has exploited the psychology of parents who want to know the exam scores quickly for profit.
It is known that the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training does not coordinate with any telecommunications company or call center to serve the lookup of 10th grade exam scores this year. The Department of Education and Training only has the Hai Duong online enrollment system software: https://haiduong-thpt.tsdc.edu.vn/ for candidates to look up or candidates to watch directly at the exam council where the candidates take the exam.
To avoid losing money, parents should look up information through the online enrollment system software of the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training.
