At 10:25 a.m. on February 9, at the maxillofacial - eye - ear, nose and throat department of Tu Ky District Medical Center, Ms. Pham Thi T. (in Lac Duc village, Hung Dao commune, Tu Ky) went down to the center's canteen to buy rice and left her daughter Nguyen Thi Minh T. (born in 2017) lying alone in the hospital bed playing with her phone (iPhone 8).
At 10:50, Minh T. ran down to the dining room to tell his mother: "Someone borrowed the phone to look for mom and then didn't come back."
According to Minh T., the man was wearing a gray life jacket, a hood over his head, and a mask covering his face.
Tu Ky District Police are coordinating with the District Medical Center to verify and investigate the incident.
In 2022, at Tu Ky District Medical Center, there was also a situation where subjects infiltrated the center to steal motorbikes of medical staff and bags of patients.
