This afternoon, General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense, chaired the ceremony to announce the decision to merge and reorganize agencies under the Ministry of National Defense, the General Staff and the General Department of Politics.

Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union received a certificate of merit from the Director of the General Department of Politics.

Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union and 2 groups of authors received certificates of merit in the Contest to learn about the tradition of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day.

Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet (from Thanh Quang commune, Thanh Ha district, Hai Duong) has been appointed by the President as Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.

Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet (from Hai Duong) is the Chief of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army.

Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet (from Thanh Quang commune, Thanh Ha district, Hai Duong) was appointed by the President as Director of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army to replace General Luong Cuong.
