Volunteer programs are planned to be held in Hai Duong and Phu Yen, towards the 65th anniversary of the two provinces' twinning.
The "Winter Volunteer" program in 2024 and "Spring Volunteer" in 2025 are expected to present 2 "Happy Houses" worth 100 million VND and 50 gifts to policy families, people and students in difficult circumstances in Phu Yen province.
In Hai Duong province, the program plans to give 300 "welfare bags" to policy families, former youth volunteers, young workers, and children in difficult circumstances.
The program is expected to be held in January 2025, aiming to help people in difficult circumstances, contribute to ensuring social security, and promote the spirit of volunteering for the community of young people.
This is an activity towards the 65th anniversary of the twinning of Hai Duong - Phu Yen provinces (January 9, 1960 - January 9, 2025).
Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union mobilizes organizations, units, businesses, philanthropists, cadres, union members, association members, and youth inside and outside the province to support the program.
