According to the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, in the first 9 months of 2023, the total foreign direct investment (FDI) capital in Hai Duong's industrial parks reached 343 million USD, exceeding 71% of the annual plan.

Of which, the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board has granted investment registration certificates to 39 projects with a total investment capital of 237 million USD. Capital has been adjusted to increase for 21 projects with an additional capital of 106 million USD.
Industrial parks that have attracted many projects are An Phat 1, Luong Dien - Cam Dien, Lai Cach, Dai An expansion... New FDI projects mainly invest in the manufacturing, processing, electricity, and electronics industries from countries and territories such as Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, China, Taiwan, etc.
To date, the province’s industrial parks have attracted 345 secondary investment projects with a total registered investment capital of over 5.7 billion USD.
