Hai Duong Provincial People's Council considers policies to attract and treat human resources in the medical sector

To improve human resources in the medical sector, the People's Council of Hai Duong province will consider policies to support training, attract and treat medical human resources at public agencies and units under the province's management for the period 2025 - 2030.
Hai Duong has recruited 285 doctors and pharmacists from the attraction and support policy.

Implementing the policy of attracting and supporting human resources in the medical sector, Hai Duong promptly added job positions and improved the quality of medical examination and treatment, but the level of treatment was still not commensurate.
