Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Hai Duong Branch (Vietcombank Hai Duong) needs to recruit indirect business support staff to work at the Customer Service Department of Vietcombank Hai Duong.

1. Number and positions of recruitment: 1 indirect sales support staff Customer Service Department.
2. Recruitment objects:

- Vietnamese citizens with full civil act capacity; clear personal history, good moral qualities.
- Good appearance and health to meet job requirements; good communication, enthusiastic attitude, flexible behavior; ability to work independently and in a team.
3. Recruitment standards:

- Graduated from college or higher in finance, banking, economics (majors related to finance, banking) or majors suitable for the recruitment position at colleges and universities in the country and abroad.
- English certificate C (or equivalent) or higher, able to communicate and read and understand work-related documents.
- Office computer skills, certificate B (or equivalent) or higher.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the banking sector and knowledge of POS installation and operation.
4. Detailed job description/requirements
• Job description

1. Support for card acceptance units (POS):
a. Complete the installation procedures, instruct card acceptance units on card payment and related tasks.
b. Update VCB's promotions for card accepting units.
c. Timely update and report on the usage status of POS services of other banks at card acceptance units, difficulties, advantages... of card acceptance units.
d. Install new machines, provide additional paper, repair machines, check transmission lines, deliver gifts to customers, and collect machines.
e. Print, check subsidiary ledgers, credit notes, statements of card accepting units, send reports, and reconcile with units when necessary.
f. Accounting for card acceptance units.
g. Perform card acceptance unit verification when necessary.
2. Compliance:
a. Ensure there are no errors in the performance of operations.
b. Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures/instructions, responsible for keeping customer-related information confidential.
3. Participate in training courses and professional training according to the plan of the department and branch.
4. Perform other related tasks assigned by the Department leader and teller.

5. Application documents include:

+ College (university) diploma and transcript. For colleges and universities abroad: notarized translation of diploma.
+ Certificate of Information Technology.
+ Foreign language certificate
+ Birth certificate, ID card (citizen identification card), household registration book.
+ Other certificates (if any).
- Health certificate within 6 months from the date of application submission.
