The temple yard is being renovated.

Thanh Ha Town People's Committee is renovating and repairing the yard, surrounding walls, and drainage system of Minh Khanh Pagoda. The estimated investment cost is about 1.7 billion VND from socialized sources. To date, the town has mobilized more than 1 billion VND and continues to call on Buddhists and children of the homeland to contribute and support.

Minh Khanh Pagoda was built during the Ly Dynasty and is a national historical and cultural relic ranked in 1990. In addition to worshipping Buddha, Minh Khanh Pagoda also worships Emperor Tran Nhan Tong, the founder of the Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen sect. Over the years, some of the construction items have deteriorated and need to be restored.

The project to renovate and restore the Minh Khanh pagoda campus is expected to be completed before October 30 (lunar calendar) to welcome the pagoda festival.
