At 10:00 p.m. on February 7, at km 23 +200 of provincial road 390 in Dong Phan village, Tan An commune (Thanh Ha), a traffic accident occurred between motorbike 34B1-919.39 driven by Nguyen Van Tung (born in 1991, in zone 7, Thanh Ha town) traveling from Thanh Hai commune to Thanh Ha town and car 15H-015-35 pulling trailer 15R-158.65 driven by Nguyen Cong Duan (born in 1984, in An My commune, Quynh Phu district, Thai Binh) that was stopping in the same direction ahead.
As a result, Mr. Nguyen Van Tung died at the scene.
Mr. Tung is a worker, has 2 children, the older one is in first grade, the younger one is only 3 months old. Yesterday on his way home from work, he had an accident.
Since the beginning of February, this is the third fatal accident due to collision with a car parked on the side of the road.
