According to the announcement of the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Dragon spacecraft will leave the ISS at 12:05 on June 29 (Eastern US time) and will land in the waters southeast of Florida (US) at around 2:30 a.m. on June 30.

The Dragon spacecraft is expected to bring back to Earth more than 1,600 kg of supplies and scientific experiments designed to take advantage of the space station's microgravity environment.

The Dragon spacecraft was launched into orbit on June 5 from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida (USA). This is the 28th commercial resupply service operation under the contract between SpaceX and NASA. The spacecraft docked with the ISS on June 6, carrying more than 3.5 tons of cargo.

During this resupply mission, the ship brought to the ISS many scientific research support equipment, supplies and hardware for the US crew working there. Among these are solar panels. According to NASA, after being installed, these panels will improve the energy production capacity of the ISS.
