Accelerating the implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress

On the afternoon of December 15, the Emulation Bloc of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Hai Duong province summarized the emulation and reward work in 2023.

Concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Duc Tuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, requested units in the bloc to urgently review the action program, goals and targets for implementing the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term; have a roadmap and plan to achieve these goals.

In the coming year, agencies in the bloc need to quickly overcome limitations in digital transformation. The Provincial Youth Union continues to promote its dynamic and creative role in implementing this work. The Provincial Literature and Arts Association needs to have many works to encourage and promote typical collective and individual examples that have contributed to the development of the homeland and the country.

In 2023, the emulation bloc of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province thoroughly grasped and well implemented the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, and documents related to emulation and reward work.

In implementing the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", the Provincial Farmers' Association has promoted and mobilized farmers to support 42.5 billion VND and 11,250 working days. The Veterans' Association at all levels promoted and mobilized cadres and members to support over 8,200m² land for roads and public works...

Implementing the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind", the Fatherland Front at all levels supported 6 billion VND to build 112 "great solidarity" houses, repair 50 houses, and mobilize support to build "great solidarity" houses for poor households in Dien Bien province and some provinces in the Northwest region, exceeding the set target. Women's Unions at all levels mobilized more than 5 billion VND to implement social security programs. Trade Unions at all levels presented Tet gifts to 16,847 union members and workers with a total amount of over 9 billion VND. Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union at all levels presented 5,580 gifts to policy families, former youth volunteers and children; organized free medical examinations and consultations for 4,851 policy beneficiaries...

At the conference, agencies in the emulation bloc of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations honored and unanimously voted to propose the Government to award the 2023 Emulation Flag to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; propose the Provincial People's Committee to award the Emulation Flag to the Provincial Youth Union and to award a Certificate of Merit to the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations.
