On April 9, the MAG Mobile Bomb Disposal Team announced that the unit had just safely disposed of a wartime bomb discovered in Lam Hoa Commune (Tuyen Hoa, Quang Binh). After inspection, experts determined that it was an M117 bomb, weighing approximately 360 kg, with a lethal radius of over 1.5 km. In recent days, many fish farming households of the Vung Chua Dao Yen Sea Production and Trade Service Cooperative (Quang Dong Commune, Quang Trach District, Quang Binh) have been extremely worried about the phenomenon of fish raised in cages (cobia) dying abnormally, for unknown reasons.
