Nearly 80 households outside the dike in Phu Thu ward (Kinh Mon) have been evacuated to a safe place.

At nearly 11:00 a.m. on September 11, Phu Thu ward (Kinh Mon, Hai Duong) had basically evacuated nearly 80 out of 100 households outside the Kinh Thay river dike in area 6 to a safe place. This is the lowest area of Kinh Mon town. This area has about 800 m of Kinh Thay left dike running through it.
