On September 22, Song Ma District Police, Son La Province, said that the unit had just coordinated with other authorities to arrest a subject and seize a large quantity of drugs and military guns.
Specifically, on September 19, in Muong Sai commune, Song Ma district, the district police presided over and coordinated with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (Son La Provincial Police), Chieng Khuong Border Guard Station discovered and caught red-handed Lo Van Thang (born in 2001, residing in Chieng Cang commune, Song Ma district) for illegally buying, selling, and transporting narcotics
Seized evidence includes: 5 cakes heroin weighing 1,521.46 grams; 30,681 synthetic drug pills weighing 2,761.27 grams; 2 kg of crystal meth; 2 military pistols and 35 bullets.
