In the first friendly match of the summer of 2024 against host Rosenborg (Norway), coach Erik ten Hag fielded a starting list of stars who did not play in EURO or Copa America 2024 such as Casemiro, Jonny Evans, Wan-Bissaka, Mason Mount or Rashford.
