Quang Hai and Vietnamese players prepare to celebrate Tet

Tet 2024 is very special for Nguyen Quang Hai and his family. The star midfielder of Vietnamese football has engaged to his girlfriend Chu Thanh Huyen and will soon have a wedding this year.

On the 29th of Tet, Quang Hai, his fiancee and family gathered together to wrap Chung cake and Tet cake to cook and prepare for Tet.

Not only Quang Hai, Doan Van Hau also celebrated Tet very specially this year with his newlywed wife Doan Hai My - Top 10 Miss Vietnam 2020. This young couple was also quite busy decorating the house, choosing Tet gifts for the family to make them look neat and special.

For married couples, Tet is also filled with happiness when the small family enjoys coffee together at the end of the year.

Duy Manh, however, has a lot of time to be with his family during the year when he plays for Hanoi Club. As for central defender Que Ngoc Hai, he can only be with his wife and little girl at the end of the year when Becamex Binh Duong Club takes a Tet holiday on December 27.

Before returning home for Tet, many other players also took the opportunity to do charity work with their home clubs.

On the 28th of Tet, midfielders Nguyen Hai Long and Dau Van Toan drove motorbikes carrying Tet gifts to the less fortunate people in Hanoi.

"Hanoi Club has a program called "Sharing Love", with small gifts sent to the unfortunate people who have not had the chance to return home. We took the opportunity to give gifts to everyone before Tet holiday", Hai Long shared.

Returning home, players and coaches also take the time to clean their houses to celebrate Tet, wrap Chung cakes to worship and wait for spring to come. Tet is always warm for everyone.

For foreign players, everyone also welcomed Vietnamese Tet with excitement when the club organized activities for them to experience as well as invited them to the players' homes.
