After many months of painstaking research, rocket engineer Vu Dinh Thanh has restored a crossbow with the same operating mechanism as the "magic crossbow" of An Duong Vuong's time.
The invention was granted an exclusive patent by the Ministry of Science and Technology in August 2022 with the only method in the world that allows shooting multiple arrows at the same time.
Based on the bronze arrow excavated at the Co Loa relic site, Dong Anh, Hanoi, preserved at the Vietnam Military History Museum, confirming the authenticity of the legendary "divine crossbow", engineer Thanh and his colleagues have researched, restored and manufactured a crossbow and a 3-sided arrow with outstanding advantages due to its great spin thanks to aerodynamics.

The arrow can rotate like a drill, has high damage, and the crossbow can shoot many arrows at the same time, hitting targets hundreds of meters away.
The crossbow was restored and successfully fired, partly proving the many controversies about the "magic crossbow" of An Duong Vuong's time being real.
