Construction of many traffic projects in Hai Duong has been temporarily suspended to prevent storm No. 3.

To proactively prepare for storm No. 3 (super typhoon Yagi), the Hai Duong transport sector has developed a plan to handle locations at risk of landslides, slides, and flooding. Contractors and construction units have temporarily suspended construction of traffic works from September 6 to September 8.
