Explain, accept and revise 5 contents in the draft revised Law on Capital City

The revised Law on the Capital proposes 7 cases in which Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels are allowed to cut off electricity and water, mainly for construction works and business establishments that violate construction and fire prevention and fighting regulations.
No cases of wrongful conviction regarding alcohol concentration have been detected.

Continuing the 34th Session, on the morning of June 11, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on explaining, accepting, and revising the draft Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order.

The National Assembly Chairman chaired the opening of the 34th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

The meeting reviewed and gave opinions on 8 draft laws and 3 draft resolutions to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and approval in the second phase of the session, and 5 other contents under the authority of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
