Brothers in Gia Loc fined 30 million VND for fighting

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province has signed decisions to administratively fine Mr. PVH (born in 1976) and his younger brother PVH (born in 1983, both in Tho Xuong village, Duc Xuong commune, Gia Loc) a total of 30 million VND for violating regulations on domestic violence prevention.

Specifically, at around 12:00 on November 29, 2023, Mr. PVH (born in 1983) slapped his wife, Ms. BTPh, causing Ms. Ph. to have a bruise on the corner of her left eye.

Then at around 12:15 p.m. the same day, at the gate of his brother's house, PVH punched and then used a machete to slash his brother's hand, causing his skin to tear and bleed. PVH (born in 1976) also punched his brother twice.

Mr. H. and his wife reconciled with each other. On December 10, 2023, Mr. PVH and his brother also reconciled, reached an agreement and agreed to resolve the civil issue of the above case. Both did not request an assessment of injuries or health damage; did not request compensation for money or anything related to each other's injuries.

Mr. PVH (born in 1983) was fined 7.5 million VND for beating his wife; and fined 15 million VND for beating his brother.

Mr. PVH (born in 1976) was fined 7.5 million VND for beating his younger brother.
