Right after Lunar New Year, many households in Hai Duong City started preparing for the new peach blossom season.

After the Lunar New Year, many peach growers in Lien Hong and Gia Xuyen communes (Hai Duong City) have started preparing for the next Tet season. In addition to buying peach trees from families celebrating Tet to replant, people have proactively grown small trees. According to some people, only about 1 year after grafting, peach trees can be harvested.

Hai Duong City currently has 262 hectares of peach trees, the largest in the province. Every year, peach trees bring in a significant income for farmers. This year, despite unfavorable weather, some families earned hundreds of millions of dong from selling peach trees.
