The Tu Ky town women's volleyball tournament was held for the first time, attracting 90 athletes from 6 communes and towns in the district, including: Cong Lac, Van To, Quang Trung, Chi Minh, Tan Ky and Tu Ky town. The teams were divided into 2 groups, competing in a round robin, selecting the first and second teams in each group to enter the semi-finals. The matches were exciting, attracting hundreds of people to watch and cheer.
This year's Tu Ky Thuong village football tournament was more exciting and attractive because it invited some Viettel U17 players and businesses to participate.
From September 1-2, all 5 villages in Ngoc Ky commune (Tu Ky) simultaneously organized a football tournament to celebrate National Day September 2. This is an activity that the villages in the commune have maintained for many years. In 2020 and 2021, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the villages did not organize it.
Ngoc Ky is a locality with a developed football movement. All villages have a 7-a-side football field. On the occasion of September 2, the villages established football teams according to hamlet units or age groups. Many children working and doing business far from home, including those from abroad, also returned to participate. Some villages also organized women's football matches. A new feature in this year's tournament is that Tu Ky Thuong village invited some U17 Viettel players and football teams of 2 enterprises to participate. The quality of the tournament was improved, more exciting and attractive.
