210 households in Duy Tan ward (Kinh Mon, Hai Duong) donated over 2,000 square meters of residential land and demolished many surrounding walls and auxiliary buildings to expand roads.
In 2023, urban beautification was identified by Duy Tan ward (Kinh Mon) as a breakthrough task and chose to renovate and expand Nguyen Van O street (Duyen Linh residential area) and alley 32 Nha Tho street (Kim Bao residential area) to implement.
In addition to the above two routes, the ward has renovated and expanded three more routes: Alley 46 (Duyen Linh residential area), Alley 51, Alley 62 (Trai Xanh residential area). The routes have been expanded and upgraded from 3 m to 5 - 8 m with a total length of over 2 km.
The total cost of upgrading, renovating and expanding the roads is nearly 2.8 billion VND, of which the ward supports 20%, the rest is contributed and supported by the people. 210 households donated over 2,000 m2 of residential land and demolished many surrounding walls and auxiliary houses to expand and renovate the roads.
