Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, a student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Hai Duong University, is cherishing the dream of opening a foreign language center in Cam Giang district. This startup idea won first prize in the Student Startup Idea Competition 2024.

With the idea of starting a business from an English and Chinese center, student Nguyen Huong Giang of Hai Duong University won first prize in the 2024 Student Startup Idea Competition.
Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang is the Chairwoman of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province.

With 51/51 votes in favor, the People's Council of Bac Ninh province elected Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.
