Recently, on Highway 5, at the intersection from Phu Thai town, Kim Thanh district (Hai Duong) turning onto Highway 17B to Kinh Mon, a young beggar appeared.
When the light turns green, this young man stands close to or sits on the median strip. When the light turns red, this young man carries a plastic cup and goes down to the road to ask for money from vehicle owners who are stopping at traffic signals. Many people have given him money.
Highway 5 has a very high density of people and vehicles. Begging on this route poses a high risk of causing traffic accidents.
