According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting and monitoring of the Provincial Forest Protection Department, from October 22 to 28, areas in Hai Duong will have no rain or light rain, insignificant rainfall, prolonged dry weather, very low air humidity combined with a large amount of combustible materials due to broken and fallen trees after storm No. 3 (Yagi) causing a very high risk of forest fires.

Forest fires in Chi Linh City and Kinh Mon Town are forecast to remain at level IV (dangerous level), with a high risk of forest fires. If a fire occurs, the fire will spread quickly.

When forest fires are at level IV or V, all activities of clearing vegetation and clearing gardens by using fire are strictly prohibited.
