On the afternoon of June 8, Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
In the morning session, the National Assembly listened to the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, authorized by the Prime Minister, present a report explaining, accepting and revising the draft Land Law (amended); the results of collecting public opinions on the draft Land Law (amended).
Next, Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh presented the Report on the review of the draft Land Law (amended).
Then, the National Assembly discussed in groups the draft Land Law (amended).
In the afternoon session, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Resolution on taking a vote of confidence and voting for confidence in people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly and People's Councils (amended).
Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
At the end of the session, the National Assembly discussed in groups the draft Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones.
Previously, in the afternoon session on June 8, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution on the National Assembly's Supervision Program in 2024. Next, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City.
