Increase income, improve life of union members and workers

Speaking at the conference to deploy the tasks of the Provincial Federation of Labor in 2025 on the morning of December 31, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Provincial Federation of Labor in 2024.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that currently, Hai Duong's labor force is tending to "migrate" to other provinces and cities due to better policies, benefits and income. Trade unions at all levels in the province need to have many solutions to increase income and improve the lives of union members and workers. Actively participate in building policies and supporting workers such as: vocational training, cultural institutions, social housing, income, etc.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu requested that all levels of trade unions in the province continue to closely coordinate with enterprises to maintain and expand cultural, artistic and sports exchange activities... Promote the sense of responsibility in monitoring and evaluating labor agreements at enterprises to protect the legitimate rights of union members and workers. For grassroots trade union officials, there should be better salary and bonus policies because this is an extended arm of the trade union organization.

On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded the Emulation Flag to the Labor Federation of Cam Giang district; awarded certificates of merit to 9 collectives and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement and tasks in 2024...

The Provincial Labor Federation awarded emulation flags to the Education Trade Union and certificates of merit to 5 groups and 9 individuals; presented scholarships and gifts to 68 students who are children of civil servants, public employees, and workers who overcame difficulties to achieve high academic results in the 2023-2024 school year.

In 2024, trade unions at all levels in the province presented 11,604 gifts worth over 6.1 billion VND to union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Chia Chia".
