Nam Sach plans to invest 77 billion VND to renovate degraded roads in merged localities.

According to the resolution on the public investment plan for 2025, Nam Sach district (Hai Duong) plans to invest 77 billion VND to build roads, renovate many degraded roads, and create convenience for people when merging communes.

The route connecting the administrative center of Nam Trung commune with Nam Chinh commune is expected to receive an investment of 20 billion VND from Nam Sach district (Hai Duong).

According to the resolution of the People's Council of Nam Sach district on the planned public investment plan for 2025, the locality plans to allocate 30 billion VND to build a road connecting the two communes of Quoc Tuan - Thanh Quang; 20 billion VND to build a road connecting from Provincial Road 390 to Provincial Road 390D, connecting the administrative center of Nam Trung commune with Nam Chinh commune; 14.5 billion VND to renovate and upgrade the inter-commune road Dong Lac - Phu Dien, from National Highway 37 to the welcome gate of Lam Xuyen village, Phu Dien commune; 12.5 billion VND to renovate and upgrade Hong Son road from Road 5B to the service road of Road 390D, Nam Hong commune.

According to the leader of Nam Sach District People's Council, the resolution is expected to invest in traffic projects to build, renovate and upgrade degraded roads, serve travel needs and create convenience for people when merging commune-level administrative units in the district.

Implementing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Nam Sach district in the period of 2023 - 2025, Nam Trung commune merged with Nam Chinh commune to establish a new commune named Tran Phu commune, headquartered at the current office of Nam Trung commune.

An Lam commune and Phu Dien commune also merged to establish a new commune-level administrative unit named An Phu commune, with the office located at the current office of An Lam commune.

Thanh Quang commune merged into Quoc Tuan commune to form Quoc Tuan commune, with its headquarters at the current headquarters of Thanh Quang commune. Nam Hong commune merged into Nam Sach town, with its headquarters at the headquarters of Nam Sach town.

The construction of roads connecting communes and towns after the merger is also a matter of concern to many voters and people in Hai Duong province at meetings with voters of National Assembly deputies and provincial People's Council deputies.
