On the evening of May 12, Hai Duong province had moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms. The highest rainfall measured in Kinh Mon town was 52 mm, Hai Duong city was 44.7 mm...
Heavy rain lasting for more than an hour caused some roads in Hai Duong city such as Tuy Hoa, Ngan Son, Mac Thi Buoi, Pham Ngu Lao, Vu Huu... to be flooded.
Some streets such as Nguyen Luong Bang, Ngo Quyen, and Nguyen Thi Due were not flooded. Do Ngoc Du and Nguyen Quy Tan streets were only slightly flooded, and the water quickly receded.
