Kill flies with sugar and detergent
Prepare a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, then pour detergent into sugar in a 1:1 ratio. Pour warm water into the mixture, stir well to dissolve detergent and sugar.
Place a bowl containing the sugar and detergent solution in places where flies often go, such as the kitchen or trash can. The sweetness of the sugar will attract flies, while the detergent will create a lot of air bubbles. Once flies land on it, it will be difficult for them to escape.
Kill flies with vinegar
In addition to its culinary uses, white vinegar also repels flies. Put an appropriate amount of vinegar in a spray bottle and spray it on windows, doors, and corners of the house. Flies hate the smell of acetic acid in white vinegar, so they will actively stay away.
You can also add dishwashing liquid to white vinegar to repel flies. Prepare a bowl and pour white vinegar into it. Add a few drops of dishwashing liquid to the white vinegar and place the bowl in places where flies often visit. When you add dishwashing liquid to white vinegar, the surface tension of the vinegar will decrease. Once the flies come into contact with the surface of the vinegar, they will be sucked into the bowl and will not be able to escape, leading to drowning.
Kill flies with cooking oil and detergent
Prepare a bowl and pour in brown sugar and detergent in a 2:1 ratio. Next, add a little cooking oil and water, mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and poke a small hole in the middle for the flies to enter.

The sweetness of sugar will attract flies easily, the cooking oil will thicken the solution and make it easier for flies to get stuck, making it difficult for them to escape. Place this trap on the windowsill, kitchen counter and other places where flies often go.
Repel flies with plastic bottle and sugar or ripe banana
Cut off a third of an old plastic bottle and turn the top of the plastic bottle down to the bottom. Next, put some sugar and half a banana at the bottom of the bottle, the flies are easily attracted to this mixture and easily fall into the trap.
Repel flies with water and coins
Prepare a thick, transparent plastic bag, put 5-6 coins in it, fill it with water about 1/2 of the bag and tie the bag. Hang this bag of water outside the window or balcony. Because flies are afraid of the light reflected by coins and water, it will quickly drive them away.

To limit the appearance of flies in the house, it is important to keep the living space clean. It is necessary to clean up leftover food, wash dishes after eating and drinking, do not leave trash in the house for too long... so that flies can smell it and fly to it.
Use covered trash cans to avoid attracting flies. Leftover food should be stored carefully in the refrigerator and not left out for long periods of time.
