MC Hong Nhung and Duc Bao VTV were moved by the story of a teacher in a mountainous area.

Because just hearing the laughter of their students, their hearts will urge them to set out again. Those are the precious feelings, dedication and sacrifices of those who work in the teaching profession for their students."

During the program, MC Hong Nhung and Duc Bao, along with the audience, were moved to tears by the sharing of Mr. Duong Dinh Khoi and Ms. Dinh Trieu Hang. "The school is a house with 2 rooms, 1 room for combined classes 1 and 2, one side for kindergarten, separated by only a curtain. The couple lived inside, and the kindergarten class outside. During the storm, the roof was blown off, the couple hugged each other and cried. It was 2am," Ms. Hang cried as she recounted.

During 14 years of working at Giang San school in Thuong Phung commune, Meo Vac, Ha Giang, together they have overcome challenges from language barriers to seemingly unbearable stormy nights.

Even though they had to leave their children with their grandparents, they still devoted all their love to the ethnic minority children as if they were their own children. Seeing them grow up every day was the motivation for them to continue their journey of sowing knowledge in the rugged mountains and forests.
