On September 16, a household in Zone 10 hired a person (claiming to be an employee of Hai Duong Urban Works Management Joint Stock Company) to cut down fallen tree branches and plant new trees for 2 million VND. Realizing that the price was too high, the householder called the ward to complain.

Quang Trung Ward People's Committee contacted Hai Duong Urban Construction Management Joint Stock Company and learned that the above subject used to be an employee of this company but had quit his job many years ago.

Hai Duong City People's Committee has directed and assigned the People's Committees of communes and wards to coordinate with Hai Duong Urban Works Management Joint Stock Company, Hai Duong Urban Environment Joint Stock Company, Hai Duong City Transport Enterprise to manage and organize the cutting down of broken, fallen, damaged trees, replanting trees that can be restored, and collecting trees and branches to the gathering location to ensure environmental sanitation. For public trees, this is completely free. To avoid complications due to impersonation of employees of Hai Duong Urban Works Management Joint Stock Company and people losing money unjustly, the People's Committees of communes and wards are requested to inform the people, at the same time monitor, detect and strictly handle violations.
