A series of provinces are looking for investors for urban areas worth thousands of billions of dong.

The Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Giang province is inviting interested investors to register to implement the Phu Hung New Urban Area Project with a total investment of nearly 2,000 billion VND.

Of which, the preliminary implementation cost is 1,934,117 billion VND, the compensation and resettlement support cost is 49,016 billion VND.

The project covers an area of ​​46.48 hectares; the expected population is 4,630 people. The project includes townhouses, social housing, technical infrastructure works, etc.

The investment objective is to synchronize technical infrastructure, social infrastructure of the urban area, connecting regional infrastructure according to the approved planning; at the same time, creating land fund for residential development to ensure the criteria of a type II urban area.

Investors wishing to register to participate in the project must submit their application by November 25, 2023.

In Thai Binh, the project to develop housing in Pho Lay residential area, An Ninh commune, Quynh Phu district with a total investment of nearly 171 billion VND is also being invited by the province to register investors for implementation.

Specifically, the total preliminary cost of project implementation is more than 143 billion VND; compensation, support and resettlement costs are nearly 27 billion VND.

This is an investment project using land with an area of ​​77,909.1 m2, with a population of about 1,388 people. The project investment scale includes 276 houses, including 270 townhouses, 6 houses on resettlement land; technical infrastructure works; trees, sports...

The investment objective is to form an urban residential area with synchronous technical infrastructure and social infrastructure, concretizing the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 of Pho Lay residential area approved by the People's Committee of Quynh Phu district. Connecting infrastructure and architectural space with the surrounding area; forming an urban residential area with synchronous technical infrastructure and social infrastructure.

The deadline for submitting project registration documents is November 20.

Meanwhile, the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Giang is also calling for investors to register to implement the Dam Tien Residential and Commercial Service Area Project, Phuong Son Commune, Luc Ngan District, Bac Giang Province.

The project has a preliminary total implementation cost of over 45.7 billion VND. Of which, the cost of compensation and resettlement support is over 31.2 billion VND. The land use scale is about 4.07 hectares; the expected population size is about 440 people.

The project includes 105 residential plots, not including 5 plots planned for resettlement. Construction is scheduled to be completed within 18 months.

Deadline for submitting project registration documents is 4:00 p.m. on November 16, 2023.
