An individual in Binh Giang district won the auction of a batch of wood from trees that fell due to storm No. 3 in Hai Duong city at a price more than twice the starting price.
The Hai Duong Province Property Auction Service Center has just successfully organized an auction of a lot of wood broken by storm No. 3 in Hai Duong City.
Accordingly, Mr. Do Van Phien in Phu Khe village, Thai Minh commune (Binh Giang) won the auction of more than 300 m3Various types of wood and 129 tree stumps for over 999 million VND, more than twice the starting price.
The Hai Duong Province Property Auction Service Center has transferred the property auction results and auction minutes to the Hai Duong City People's Committee to approve the auction results and sign the auction property sale and purchase contract with the auction winner.
Previously, in early December 2024, Hai Duong City People's Committee approved the starting price of the above wood lot at 438 million VND.
