There are many different models of televisions but the general way you can clean them is with a microfiber cloth and clean water.
The steps required are as follows:

To clean the TV's ventilation slots, turn off the power and unplug it. Handheld vacuum cleaners can be used for this part.
For the power cable ports on the back or sides of the TV or under the screen, never use a cotton swab to poke them, you may damage them. You should buy a can of compressed air to clean these parts.
