Kinh Mon strives to develop smart urban areas and green growth

To achieve the green growth target, Kinh Mon town strives for the urban green land ratio to reach 15 m²/person; the public green land area in the inner city area to reach 9 m²/person.

The town moves small-scale production facilities into concentrated production areas, converts this land fund into urban services, provides public utilities and parking lots. Preserves the ecological landscape at the foot of An Phu mountain, limits residential development, and only allows the development of certain types of public service works.

The town builds and develops new urban areas in a green, ecological, modern direction with local identity; ensures effective use of land funds for green urban construction, invests in synchronous construction of social and technical infrastructure, controls environmental quality, ensures harmony between conservation, renovation, and new construction, etc.
