Hong Dang apologizes and takes responsibility before the agency.

Actor Hong Dang has just submitted a report to the leadership of the Hanoi Drama Theater. The theater has issued an official announcement. Specifically:

Mr. Le Hong Dang went to the Hanoi Drama Theater and reported his absence from work from June 21, 2022 to August 12, 2022. In the report, Mr. Dang stated that the reason for going abroad was to visit relatives and go on a short trip.

Due to subjective perception and being an artist and actor, not clearly understanding the regulations on leave to go abroad for civil servants, I only called to report to the Theater Director without submitting a leave application according to regulations.

Mr. Le Hong Dang presented his expected travel schedule to Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and Germany. The expected travel time is from June 21, 2022 to July 1, 2022, and he will return to Vietnam. However, on June 24, 2022, Mr. Dang encountered an unforeseen incident in Spain. Therefore, Hong Dang had to stay to resolve the situation and could not fly back to Vietnam as previously planned. Mr. Dang did not return to Vietnam until August 6, 2022.

Up to now, through the report, Mr. Le Hong Dang has recognized the shortcomings in completing the procedures for requesting leave to go abroad for the unit. Mr. Le Hong Dang has sent an apology to the Theater's Board of Directors and takes full responsibility for his violations.

After receiving the report from actor Hong Dang, Hanoi Drama Theater sent a report and asked for direction from the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports.
