After more than 1 month of implementation, 26,000 customers of Hai Duong Electricity have had their information on electricity purchase contract subjects checked, updated and standardized.

From July 2024, Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. will carry out the reconciliation and standardization of information on subjects of electricity purchase and sale contracts with the National Population Database.

This is an important content for Hai Duong Electricity to realize the goal of digital transformation of enterprises, at the same time, standardizing information to ensure customer rights, improve satisfaction and service quality of the electricity industry.

Hai Duong Electricity strives to complete the target of 100% of customers under its management to have their information on electricity purchase contract subjects verified, updated and standardized on the Customer Information System with the National Population Database by the end of 2024. To ensure progress, Hai Duong Electricity has assigned specific targets to each unit, coordinated with local authorities to propagate, meet customers to collect identification numbers as a basis for information verification...

Currently, Hai Duong Electricity manages information of more than 630,000 electricity customers.
