This information was announced by Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Phan Thang An at the conference to disseminate and implement the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee organized by the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies on the afternoon of March 24.
“In the past 4 months, according to the Central Organizing Committee's synthesis, there have been 232 documents and papers related to the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's apparatus and are currently continuing to be done,” comrade An informed.
Conclusion 126 clearly stated that in the process of restructuring the apparatus, the Politburo and the Secretariat requested to continue to do well the political, ideological, and policy work for affected cadres, ensuring impartiality and objectivity in the spirit of "person selection", retaining capable cadres. This must ensure that there is no brain drain, no complicated internal problems arise and no impact on the congress.
The Central Organizing Committee and the Central Party Office also advised the organization of 19 inspection delegations of the Politburo and the Secretariat, working with 69 Party Committees, Provincial Party Committees, and Municipal Party Committees directly under the Central Committee to grasp the situation, urge and inspect the implementation of 4 major working topics to guide the removal of difficulties and obstacles, ensuring synchronous and unified implementation nationwide.

According to the Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, the Central organizations will preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to complete the report and project to arrange and streamline the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, etc. This task will be reported to the Politburo today, then completed to report to the Central Executive Committee.
For the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies, the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Court and the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy are assigned to carry out the task of developing projects and submissions on the local court and procuracy system in the direction of not organizing at the district level to report to the Politburo, then complete them to report to the Central Executive Committee.
The Central Organizing Committee is assigned to research and complete the project on the party organization system at the local, provincial and grassroots levels; complete the draft regulations of the Central Executive Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter; complete the draft amendments and supplements to Directive 35 and Conclusion 118 of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress. Currently, the Central Organizing Committee is synthesizing the opinions of relevant agencies and units on these issues.
According to the Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, there will be a national conference and necessary activities to thoroughly grasp and implement the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Executive Committee, proactively and promptly propagate, create consensus and unity throughout society.
