The famous American travel site Travel Off Path has just revealed that Hoi An, a UNESCO-recognized world cultural heritage in Vietnam's Quang Nam province, is among the top 7 most popular destinations in the world in 2024.
The US website shares that Vietnam is very popular with American tourists thanks to its breathtaking natural beauty, diverse culture, delicious food, affordable consumer costs and wonderful cities.
“Hoi An is one of the best cities in Vietnam, famous for its well-preserved Old Town and unique blend of many cultural influences, from Chinese to French,” says Travel Off Path.
Hoi An was also listed by Hong Kong's South China Morning Post (SCMP) as one of the 9 cities with the most beautiful beaches. This city was also among the 25 most beautiful cities in the world voted by Travel + Leisure.
Also on the list of the top 7 trending destinations this year are Cuba, Mauritius, Siem Reap in Cambodia, Chiang Mai in Thailand, Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands and Fes in Morocco.
