Gia Loc students learn about the history and beauty of traditional craft villages

Using new teaching methods, teachers and students of some schools in Gia Loc district have had interesting lessons learning about the history and beauty of traditional craft villages through local education subjects.
Students of class 4C at Yet Kieu Primary School, Yet Kieu Commune, learn about the historical relic of Quat Temple during a local education lesson. They are introduced to the life and career of famous general Yet Kieu.Students are very excited to have hands-on experiences at the monuments.The subject aims to equip students with knowledge about the culture, history, and geography of the place where they live and study.Students actively present their reports and interact with each other; groups grade each other based on the teacher's evaluation criteria.Students of class 6A of Hoang Dieu Secondary School divided into many groups to carry out a project to learn about the traditional leather shoe making profession in Truc Lam village, Hoang Dieu commune.The teacher cleverly integrated career guidance content into the lesson by asking students to come up with startup ideas and develop local traditional occupations based on real-life experiences.To gain practical knowledge, students visit, experience, and directly participate in some shoe making stages at traditional craft production facilities.Students practice making sandalsStudents heard craftsmen talk about the changes in the past and present of the craft village, and about the difficulties in preserving and developing the traditional craft of their ancestors.TUAN ANH - LITERATURE
